Our Syrup

McLachlan maple syrup is graded based on colour and taste. The following apply to Ontario Grade A maple syrup:

• Golden: light taste
• Amber: rich taste
• Dark: robust taste

Our maple syrup is produced on our farm and sold in our store. We serve Grade A Amber in our restaurant with our delicious pancake meals and is a family favourite.

Maple syrup should be stored in a cool area as there are no added preservatives and stored in the refrigerator after opening. We recommend keeping it in your fridge or even freezer to extend the shelf life.
